Fleet Washing in Delaware

Keep Your Delaware Fleet Clean and Road-Ready

Fleet Washing, Delaware

Delaware roads are hard on a working fleet. Humid summers, heavy spring pollen, and salt air near the coast leave road grime, pollen film, and salt-driven buildup on anything that spends its day outdoors. On top of that, working vehicles collect their own oil, fuel residue, and exhaust film mile after mile until the whole fleet starts to look tired.

We wash commercial vehicle fleets from delivery vans to heavy equipment, pulling off road grime, oil, fuel residue, and buildup with hot water pressure washing that cuts grease and exhaust film far better than cold water alone. Clean vehicles protect your paint and finish over time, and a sharp-looking fleet says something about your business before anyone reads the door. This is one of the services we handle at Ortiz Pro Wash for businesses across the state.

Tell us what you run and where you keep it, and we will build the wash around your operation. Call us at (302) 228-6599 to get started.

The Fleet Vehicles and Equipment We Wash

We scale the wash to the vehicle, from a delivery van to a piece of construction equipment, and match our hot water and degreasing to how dirty each one gets.

Delivery Vans and Box Trucks

These are the everyday face of your business on Delaware roads, and road grime, pollen film, and salt buildup are the usual load they carry. A hot-water wash with degreasing solution lifts road film and exhaust residue without stripping the paint underneath.

Commercial Trucks

Flatbed, dump, and service trucks pick up far heavier oil, fuel, and grease exposure than a standard vehicle. The heaviest concentrations get a direct-application pre-treat first, then wash out fully rather than smearing across the panel.

Equipment Trailers

Open trailers collect road spray, mud, and organic buildup along the deck and frame where it tends to bake on. We wash them down with the same hot-water and degreasing approach, frame and deck included.

Construction and Landscaping Equipment

Machines and rigs come off a job site caked in mud, grease, and residue, and the concrete lot they park on usually shows the same wear. A degreasing pre-treat followed by hot-water pressure washing brings them back to a presentable, inspection-ready finish.

What Sets Our Fleet Washing Apart

There are a few reasons fleet managers bring their vehicles to us.

water

Hot Water Built for Grease and Road Grime

Our hot water pressure washing unit is the right tool for fleet work. Hot water cuts oil, fuel residue, exhaust film, and road grime far more effectively than cold water can, which means the buildup that dulls a fleet actually comes off instead of getting pushed around; it is the same unit we run on grease-heavy surfaces like a restaurant drive-through lane. Where grease sits heavy, we hit it with a direct-application degreasing solution first, so the buildup is already loosened before the wash touches it.

schedule

Washing Scheduled Around Your Operations

A fleet sitting in the wash bay is a fleet that is not earning. We build the job around your uptime, working when your vehicles are idle so they cycle back into service with as little downtime as possible.

Eco-Friendly Solutions and a Runoff-Conscious Crew

We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning solutions as our standard, not as an upgrade. On site, we treat surrounding landscaping with a neutralizing plant wash and take precautions near the drains at your yard or lot, so a fleet wash does not leave a mess or a runoff problem behind.

Set Up Your Delaware Fleet Washing Walkthrough

How Our Fleet Washing Works

The On-Site Estimate and Scope

You reach out by phone or email with your fleet size and vehicle mix, and we schedule a site visit to see the vehicles and the wash location firsthand. We review the full scope with you and follow up with a written proposal. Fleet washing is priced per vehicle or per fleet count, with the final figure quoted after the walkthrough so it fits what you actually run.

Scheduling Around Your Operations

Once you approve the proposal, we get you on the schedule and plan the work around your operation. Off-hours, after-hours, and weekend slots are all on the table, and a large fleet moves through in a rotation so the vehicles stay available.

Degreasing Pre-Treat

Heavy grease, oil, and fuel concentrations get a direct-application degreasing solution to break down the buildup before the wash. While we are set up, we treat surrounding landscaping with plant wash and note any drains where runoff needs managing, and if the yard has a grease-stained dumpster pad or waste enclosure, we can knock that out on the same visit.

Hot-Water Pressure Wash

Each vehicle and piece of equipment is washed with our hot water pressure washing unit and power washer, working the heat and pressure into road grime, exhaust film, and fuel residue until it lifts. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable solutions throughout, and every unit gets washed down across the body, frame, and deck as applicable.

Walkthrough and Invoice

When the work is done, we walk the finished fleet with you wherever operations allow, and we understand if the day does not leave room for it. We invoice on net 30 or net 60 depending on how your company operates, and only once you are satisfied with the result.

Our Fleet Washing Guarantee

If you reach out to us and you are not happy with the service, we try to make it right by coming back out and reworking it. If that still does not resolve things, we work with you on some form of money-back arrangement. The goal is simple: you should be satisfied with how your fleet looks when we leave, and we stand behind the work until you are.

Ortiz Pro Wash's crews arrived on time & worked energetically to clean first the roof of our moderately sized Cape Cod with two car attached garage. When the roof crew packed up & left, the house washing crew arrived simultaneously and set about that aspect of the job. They did a very nice job on siding, gutters, exterior of windows, foundation, concrete, screens and a few pieces of resin outdoor furniture. Both crews worked diligently, professionally and respectfully. I don't think you would go wrong engaging Ortiz Pro Wash for your roof and building cleaning needs. Good job & thank you!

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We work at your facility during off-hours and can schedule after hours or on weekends to keep your vehicles in service. For a larger fleet, we wash in a rotation so most of the fleet stays on the road while we work through it.

Hot water breaks down grease, oil, fuel residue, and exhaust film in a way cold water simply cannot, which is what makes it the right tool for fleet work; it is the same reason we reach for it on fuel-island and fuel-stain cleaning. Heavy grease concentrations also get a direct-application degreasing pre-treat first, so the buildup lifts cleanly instead of smearing.

Fleet washing is priced per vehicle or per fleet count, quoted after an on-site walkthrough of your vehicles and wash location, so there is no one-size number. Commercial invoices run net 30 or net 60 depending on how your company operates.
