Post Construction Cleanup Pricing Breakdown
Pricing is based on what the property needs and what is included in the approved scope. When we visit the site, we review the full project and build a quote based on factors such as the property’s overall size, the job’s complexity, whether the property is one- or two-story, and whether ladders are required. We also consider the level of dirt, dust, residue, debris, buildup, or contamination; the amount of cleaning solution required; accessibility challenges; and whether exterior glass, gutters, siding, porches, foundations, concrete, or other surfaces are included. If you want a more basic cleanup versus a more detailed or premium finish, that also affects the final quote.
If the job requires Ortiz Pro Wash to provide its own water source, the pricing will be affected. We can bring our own water as needed, and we will account for this requirement during the onsite review and proposal process.

Post Construction Window Cleaning
We do post-construction window cleaning, and we pay close attention to the details that affect the final look. When we arrive, we notify the property owner or contact, remove screens, and our team can work inside and outside at the same time. We clean the glass, tracks, sills, and surrounding details, and we primarily use a traditional squeegee-and-detail method rather than a water-fed pole shortcut. Screens can be soft-washed and reinstalled, and interior window cleaning is available. Delicate or older windows are handled more carefully and less aggressively, and if windows are cracked or broken, we may recommend not proceeding or we will discuss the risk first to avoid liability for pre-existing damage. If screens are corroded or difficult to remove, we address that carefully and keep you informed before we move forward. Hard water stain removal may require a different process and may be priced separately if approved.

Post-construction cleanup often includes exterior surface cleaning when dust, dirt, and jobsite residue affect the finished appearance. We prepare cleaning solutions onsite, pretreat surfaces as needed, allow solutions to dwell, and then rinse to finish. If you approve a higher level of detail, it may include additional scrubbing, detailing, or other finishing steps based on the scope we reviewed together. We match our approach to the material: since vinyl can tolerate a bit more pressure, Hardie board must be washed gently to avoid scratching or damaging oxidized surfaces, and stucco requires more reliance on a stronger solution and less pressure.
Concrete Walkways, Driveways & Other Hard Surfaces
For dusty or dirty hard surfaces after construction or renovation, we use a practical, section-by-section process to get an even result. We pretreat the surface with a cleaning solution, use a surface cleaner for consistent cleaning, and rinse each section as work progresses. If stubborn contamination needs extra attention, we can post-treat where needed and use direct application and brushing for tougher spots. When we say “surface cleaner,” we mean a circular spinning tool powered by water pressure that cleans concrete evenly and thoroughly, and we keep expectations grounded to the actual conditions we see onsite.
Gutters, Downspouts & Exterior Drainage Areas
If construction debris, leaves, or residue is affecting the gutters or drainage areas, we can include that work in the scope upon request. Debris can be removed by hand if that is what you want, then gutters are flushed with water, and pressure washers may be used where complexity requires it. Downspout flushing is available, especially when gutters run underground, and minor repairs, such as reattaching a loose downspout, can be offered. Gutter whitening can be offered, though it is typically recommended as part of premium house washing. If you want us to remove all gutter debris from the site, debris haul-away may incur an extra charge and must be approved as part of the scope.
